Tamraloo Studios Summer Camp Cancellation Policy
We get it—life happens! However, our camps require careful planning, supplies, and staffing to make the magic happen. To keep things running smoothly, we have a firm cancellation policy:
Cancellations made at least 14 days before camp starts: You’ll receive a full refund (minus a $25 processing fee) OR a full credit toward another Tamraloo camp or class.
Cancellations made within 14 days of camp: No refunds, but we’re happy to offer a full credit toward another camp or class.
No cancellations or credits after the first day of camp: Once camp begins, we’ve already secured materials, scheduled staff, and reserved your camper’s spot—so we can’t issue refunds or credits.
Missed days? We cannot offer refunds or makeups for individual missed days, but your camper will still receive any materials provided during their absence.
