This high-energy dance fitness class blends hip-hop, street style grooves, and athletic movement into a full-body workout that feels more like a party than exercise. Designed for adults of all levels, Throwdown focuses on simple choreography, big musicality, and the kind of sweat that leaves you feeling strong and accomplished.
 

Each class includes:

• Easy-to-follow hip-hop inspired choreography

Ballet is the foundation of nearly every dance style — and it's never too late to begin.
 

Our Adult Ballet class is designed for beginners and returning dancers who want to build strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, and experience the beauty of classical technique in a supportive environment.
 

Each class includes:

• Barre exercises to develop strength and alignment
• Center work to build balance and coordination
• Musical phrasing and artistry
• Gentle progressions that build confidence week by week
 

Ballet improves:

Tap Dance Shoes

Adult Tap

Rhythm Starts at Your Feet

 

Tap dance is music you make yourself.
 

Our Adult Tap class introduces the fundamentals of rhythm tap in a welcoming, structured class designed for beginners and returning dancers alike. Students will learn the building blocks of tap technique while developing timing, coordination, and musicality.


Each class explores:

• Foundational tap steps and vocabulary
• Rhythm and timing exercises
• Musical phrasing and footwork patterns
• Short combinations that build week to week
 

Tap develops:

• Coordination
• Rhythm and musical listening
• Foot and ankle strength
• Mental agility and memory
 

Most importantly, it’s incredibly fun.
 

By the end of your first few classes, you'll be amazed at the music you can create with just your feet.

Throwdown:
Athletic clothes and sneakers.
 

Adult Ballet:
Comfortable workout clothes or dancewear. Ballet slippers recommended but not required for beginners.
 

Adult Tap:
Comfortable clothing and tap shoes.
